INSTRUCTIONS

Clean the surface so that it is dry, clean and free of substances that may prevent adhesion. For cleaning, we recommend NANOMAX BIOCLEANER .

All parts that cannot be sprayed should be covered with adhesive tape. Before spraying, shake the spray can well for about 30 seconds. You should hear the ball inside moving on the bottom of the can. Spray from a distance of 15–20 cm evenly, in a cross-shaped motion.

To ensure easy removal, we recommend applying a minimum of 4–6 coats. Allow each coat to air dry for 8–10 minutes. The optimal application temperature is 21–23 °C.

Layer thickness – approx. 20 µm / layer (MICRON).

Ready for handling / adhesion – after approximately 1 hour, depending on the layer thickness.

Ready for installation – after approximately 12 hours.

Temperature resistance – –40 °C to +160 °C.

CAREFUL

Defects in the rubber coating can be repaired by spraying additional material over the affected area.
After spraying, wait 2 weeks before using a pressure washer or going to the car wash.
