Refund policy

1. Return of Products

Nano-max.eu customers have the right to return purchased products without penalties and without providing a reason within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, in accordance with European consumer protection legislation. Returned products must be shipped in their original packaging, including all accessories, and must not show signs of use or damage.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or was incorrectly delivered.

If the return conditions are met, the total value of the product will be refunded, excluding shipping costs.

All return requests must be submitted in writing, dated, and signed by the person who placed the order, via email to: info@nano-max.eu.

2. Disputes and Final Provisions

Any other issues related to the delivered products or information presented on the website, which are not covered by this policy, will be resolved amicably within 30 working days of receiving written notification from the user.

If no agreement is reached, any disputes will be resolved by the competent courts in the customer's residence country, in accordance with European legislation.
